DOSes discovered in TCP

Two guys in Sweden discovered several ways to issue denial-of-service attacks affecting all current implementations of TCP. An informative comment in the Slashdot thread on this subject suggests that one of their methods uses SYN cookies, which is ironic since those were developed as a defense against DOS.
