A mini-LAN is a nonofficial event with no food or money required. I figure we can each have lunch first, then meet in the labs around 12:30 to 1 and play until we get hungry again and go our separate ways for dinner.
Sat. evening is no good because campus police close the place earlier on weekends so we won't be able to stay as long. Friday day there may or may not be a class and people have work.
If the place happens to be closed or busy when we show up, we can go back to my place and watch movies.
If no one votes on the poll, it won't happen.
